Hard and Easy

Often the hardest thing to do is to think.

  • To decide what to do or to focus on.

  • To clarify your thoughts on something.

  • To weigh different options.

When something is hard - make it as easy as possible, especially if you’ve been procrastinating. It’s already hard enough.

Limit it:

  • By thinking for only 1 minute.

  • By writing only one sentence.

  • By thinking about the pros and cons of only 1 option.

Easy gets done.

Later you can move to the next.
