The skills/knowledge that have an outsize impact
The 20% of concepts that explain 80% of the subject
The top 1–2 actions each day that are most important
The workouts/food that give 80% of the benefits
The 20% of issues that cause the majority of relationship tension
The junk that causes 80% of the mess
The areas most likely to have the most problems
