Use it to identify:

  • The skills/knowledge that have an outsize impact

  • The 20% of concepts that explain 80% of the subject

  • The top 1–2 actions each day that are most important

  • The workouts/food that give 80% of the benefits

  • The 20% of issues that cause the majority of relationship tension

  • The junk that causes 80% of the mess

  • The areas most likely to have the most problems
